These totally enclosed fan cooled jet pump motors meet all NEMA specifications, are suitable for vertical or horizontal mount, have shaft end bearing locks for longer life and feature 1.15 service factors. These rugged TEFC motors have cast aluminum end bells and rolled steel shells with all metal stamped fan covers and junction boxes. 56C ratings are electrically reversible and additionally, all 56 J Frame Jet pump motors have stainless steel shafts, precision ground and threaded to work in 56J applications the first time, every time. These versatile motors have the torque and durability for the toughest commercial applications yet are also economical choices for residential applications.
